A plan for cultural movements and the implementation of cultural change with regard to the uniform types of each human being or race is in the making and should be coordinated and aligned with the work of the Servant of God, which obviously does not yet seem feasible, whereby the frequently explained miracle healings must also be mentioned in this matter.
Dear Readers and Those Interested in the Matter,
It is not at all easy to draw up a plan for cultural movements for cultural change, because even in countries with the same religious teachings or beliefs, different customs and traditions are practised, which is to be understood as the culture of the respective country.
Quite apart from that, to the knowledge of my person, all countries on earth are currently still far from the possible future prospects and in some cases do not even know that the end of the old era has already slowly but surely announced itself.
But presumably, even on the other side of the world, for example in Africa or Australia, in Japan and Canada and the USA, as well as in China, the overdimention-area will have been active for a long time, as the population there has also become accustomed to this state of contact from outside, probably via my person.
At least it has become clear to me that some of these compatriots, coming from a foreign culture, have also grasped or been grasped by the overdimention-area here in my home town via my person. Thus, the important preparatory work of the overdimention-area is already part of everyday life, even though some Africans in particular have reacted rather negatively to ‘my person’. Of course, people can and should talk about this by providing information to outsiders, in this case to local citizens in Germany, so that they know how the proportions between heaven and earth might be in other countries.
Unfortunately, everyone is out for themselves at the expense of time, which seems to be quite obviously personified, and that is why my person is writing this letter, so that discussions can take place abroad, with enough foreign eyewitnesses to the matter acting as travelling interpreters and experts, if possible, personally informing their home countries.
Of course, special channels for eyewitnesses can also be set up ONLINE and used for this exchange of information, which is fast, secure, safe and inexpensive.
This brings everyday matters and the commission through the overdimention-area into the conversation, which will already affect most, if not all, peoples of the earth, and which will clearly confirm the world cultural heritage that runs through all cultures of the world millions of times over.
Unfortunately, my person probably does not have all the time in the world for this mammoth task and does not know when or whether this task must be solved by my person alone without the Emperor, or what urgency there is personally and in the matter on the part of the Emperor, so that security becomes particularly recognisable for my person personally, which can be made possible through the international understanding of all cultures.
Some listed key points for cultural change, as offered by my person, are intended as a guide for travelling abroad, since tourism in the broader sense was, of course, also established and planned for the true world cultural heritage, requiring all the talents available to humanity, which are once again called upon here!
I would like to mention a few suggestions or thoughts of my person, whereby the Internet is the most important tool in this matter and on behalf of this commission, and therefore everything that will be necessary for this communication must be well protected and kept running:
Introduction to the desired culture and the complete world cultural heritage of the Lord and Creator (literature by Pope Benedict XIV, e.g. ‘Introduction to Christianity’) with the help of Christianity, but only if the desire and will of the population is clear.
Help via ONLINE is also the order of the day here, for example, by showing the services of the Roman Catholic Church, but the video services and especially the live broadcasts of the services without the consecration and blessing of a true clergyman must be omitted as a precaution!
Set up and send proposals in writing via ONLINE to trustworthy collection points (Rome).
Rediscover and observe the dominance of cultures as tourists.
High degree of difficulty as a visitor to psychiatric wards and facilities for the disabled, especially difficult abroad. (Parts of the search for Apostles and miracle healings).
Prisons (bring people out, look at them, voice, eyes, etc., fears).
Plan for trip to Africa:
Look for special people, for example from psychiatric wards, to accompany you or my person, e.g. fellow patient/black African woman in the Neustadt-Holstein clinic.

(Most likely, white skin colour will be chosen for all people due to the change in the overdimention-area, because individual exposure to the sun is left up to the individual and thus a possible visual freedom or slight change in skin colour is made possible for people, with the exception of black or dark skin colour. (Diversity, as proposed by elected Authorities as Europeans).

Explorations in India, China, Latin America, the Middle East, Arabia, etc. through personal encounters with the local population./ Find connections to the overdimention-area, different Creators or different parts of Creation.
Find the correct classification also through language, head and eye shape, voice, music, singing, dance, nutrition and clothing, cheerfulness, education, hospitality, social behaviour. Observe the laws or guidelines of religions and plan the necessary implementation in thought and writing.
Draw conclusions about the Creator from the person/the Creator may have split or divided.
Repairs/corrections to facial features, skin, correction of cosmetic procedures.
Too much sun, solarium or occupational stress for women/set up counselling by specialists, care and assistance, etc..
Determine specific sports for women, weight loss or weight gain through eating habits, through exercise, including miracle cures.
Check health status, enable hair growth, prevent baldness in men, change genes/permanent hair growth is suggested.
Correct water retention under the eyes/eye bags. Prevent mouth wrinkles by changing by the Creation. Significantly change the stability of teeth and tooth loss by the Creation so that dentures are not needed in old age is proposed.
Limit the growth of men and women. Feet and other body parts such as the nose included.
It is proposed to set a maximum height for women and a minimum height for men. (Maintaining diversity, no one-size of height for humans is proposed).
Consider plants and wildlife. It is proposed that the culling of animals/plants and insects/pests be considered by experts and interested parties.
Consider the position of the sun in each country (moon and stars).
Provide immediate assistance to girls and women, and possibly boys and men. It is proposed that this be done through the reflection of the person concerned.
Suggestion: (Penaten cream by Dr. Riese/shepherd's crook and sheep as a miracle cure/also partially applicable to the genital area).

The implementation of cultural change, including languages, is very, very risky if the right Creator or the absolutely right almighty Creation do not work together. Therefore, there should be no panic if something seems to go wrong at first, because it will not be the right one but a substitute, for example an Apostle or a miscast in the overdimention-area, who will have acted, since a correction will follow in the course of the service of different persons for the world cultural heritage for those affected.
Thus, global cultural change will only be possible when the earth is already in a new state and on a new scale, and absolute certainty can be confirmed by JAWE and his Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, through Spirituality, the Imperial couple and the Royal couple. The result of the entire cultural change of all living beings, but especially of human beings, without exception, is then a further confirmation of security and truth.
The same applies, of course, to Paradise and its inhabitants only when this security and truth is complete on earth!
At this point, it should not be forgotten that, for example, JEHOVAH will be additionally desired, presumably in order to be able to initiate an interplay or deception for security reasons, since there is at least one unnatural enemy (COM-Puterding) far beyond the horizon and he/she/it will also strive for omnipotence.
This tremendous world cultural heritage affects every human being and every living creature; it affects the entire Creation and thus the Earth and the entire Universe, including the neighbouring Universe is certainly affects Omnipotence.
And yet, thousands of years ago, the Earth and all its inhabitants were chosen for this mammoth task, which obliges every thinking person in the matter and on behalf of the Lord and Creator. It is certainly not only Christianity and its holy Church or the triune Authority that are obliged, but preferably all other cultures on Earth are obliged to the Creator of heaven and earth!
As my person is unfortunately still on time-out, you as trained diplomats or specialists, please all make good use of the time available, with television continuing to be the means to an end, but the Internet being not the only, but the most important tool of humanity!
Personal meetings and discussions on the matter and on behalf of Creation are, of course, preferable to the most important tool of all time, with human beings as ‘God's tools’ taking on this role of communication!
